How to request, reserve & pay for your Iberian Adventures trip
Thank you for deciding to book your trip with us. We look forward to having you join us on an Iberian Adventure! The following explains the steps in our trip reservation process. Please read it before completing your reservation form.
Complete one of our Online Reservation / Booking Forms
To reserve one of the standard trips offered on our website, use one of these forms:Request a Custom Adventure Trip form (for Hiking & Adventure Trips) or the Request a Custom Camino Trip form (for Camino de Santiago Trips). After we’ve confirmed the details of the trip with you, we’ll send you a custom trip reference number. After that, please come back to this page and reserve your custom trip using the following form:
After you have completed one of the above forms, send it to us by clicking on the “submit” button. Afterwards, you will receive an email confirming the details on the form.
Pay a deposit
To complete the reservation for your trip, we require a deposit payment of 300 euros per person. Payment of the final balance is due 60 days before the trip start date. Payment can be made by PayPal or bank transfer. In the case of booking a trip less than 60 days prior to start date, see “Late Bookings” below…
To do so, go to Pay for your Trip in the footer menu of this website, with options and instructions for payment.
We confirm your reservation
After we have received your reservation form and your deposit (or full payment if applicable) we will send you a confirmation of your booking by email. This email will specify the remaining balance due for the trip. It will also contain a copy of our Release of Liability and Assumption of all Risks form—to be filled in and returned to us by the time of payment of the final balance.
Pay the Remaining Balance due for your Trip
By 60 days before the start date of the tour. Once we have received this payment, we will send you an e-mail with your hotel contact details and other information as needed or requested as attached files (in PDF format).
In the case of booking less than 60 days prior to start date, instead of a deposit, we will require a full 1-time payment of the entire tour cost. Just check the box for “full 1-time payment” on the reservation / booking form
